I think this shirt is glorious. First of all, the Mercury era space suit is very minimalist and bad ass, in my opinion. I do love the current generation space suit as it's made for actual space walks and planetary exploration, but you have to admit the Mercury era space suit is a beautiful thing. I love the idea of a fashionable space suit on a catalog or fashion magazine. This is the kind of thing that was written about in the old sci-fi novels when they thought space travel would be as common as transatlantic flights. With the advent of privatized space flights, it won't be long until we see some kind of Virgin Galactic/D&G team up.
